中文摘要:在单缸四冲程自由活塞汽油机(free piston engine,FPE)原理样机试验基础上,为验证FPE多燃料可行性和仿真模型可靠性,并探索气体燃料在FPE中燃烧特性,设计了天然气供气系统,对FPE进行了多循环对比试验研究。结果表明:缸内峰值压力随压缩比增大而增大;输出功率随膨胀比增大而增大;FPE通过增大压缩比和膨胀比在由汽油改用天然气后动力性不再降低;与天然气在传统发动机中燃烧相比,FPE适当推迟点火定时可减小压缩负功;受初始设计活塞最大行程所限,一代原理样机试验性能未达最优,有较大提升空间。

外文摘要:Based on the prototype platform of gasoline free piston engine (FPE), a natural gas supply system was successfully designed to carry out experimental study for four stroke free piston CNG engine prototype. The feasibility of FPE operation using multi-fuel and simulation model reliability were verified. Gaseous fuel four-stroke FPE is no longer declined with high compression ratio and expansion ratio. In order to decrease negative compression work,ignition timing for the CNG free piston engine should be delayed to a certain extent compared with conventional CNG engine. Limited by originally designed maximum piston stroke,the compression ratio can be only reach 7.5 in the test,far from the optinized value 12 for the natural gas engines, so there is still room for improvement.
