中文摘要：长江流域是我国最重要的淡水渔业地区。文章从抵抗与恢复能力、调整与适应能力、创新与转型能力三个维度构建指标体系,运用熵值法、莫兰指数法对2010-2020年长江经济带11个省(市)的渔业经济韧性时空演变特征进行分析。结果表明:(1)从时间变化上看,长江经济带渔业经济韧性虽然个别年份有所下降,但总体呈波动上升趋势;(2)从空间格局上看,长江经济带渔业经济韧性存在空间差异,西部地区韧性水平低,中东部地区韧性水平高。(3)从空间关联看,长江经济带各省市渔业经济韧性的正向空间自相关特征显著。

外文摘要：In recent years,uncontrolled fishery production and fishing have caused serious damage to the ecosystem in the waters of the Yangtze River,greatly reduced aquatic biological resources,and hindered the development of fishery economy.This paper constructs an index system from three dimensions:resistance and resilience,adjustment and adaptability,and innovation and transformation ability,and uses the entropy method and Moran index method to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of fishery economic resilience in 1l provinces(cities)in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2020.The results are as follows.First,from the perspective of time changes,although the economic resilience of fisheries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt decreased in individual years,it generally showed a fluctuating upward trend.Second,from the perspective of spatial pattern,there are spatial differences in the resilience of fishery economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,with low resilience in the western region and high resilience in the central and eastern regions.Third,from the perspective of spatial correlation,the positive spatial autocorrelation characteristics of fishery economic resilience in provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are significant.
