中文摘要：以中国知网学术期刊数据库收录的国内藏书评价研究文献为统计源,分析结果表明,评价藏书的数量标准的依据是文献保障率、读者满足率、学科覆盖率;质量标准的依据是馆藏信息量、馆藏结构、馆藏利用效果。评价藏书质量的方法主要有核心书目对照法、引文分析法、专家评价法。通过对藏书评价理论和方法的实践性分析,发现有些概念表述错误或在实践中缺乏可操作性,不能有效指导藏书建设。只有根据影响藏书质量的内容因素和形式因素制定切实可行的采访标准,从源头上加强采访质量控制,才能提高藏书质量,并以此构建可操作性强的藏书质量评价体系。

外文摘要：The paper provides a survey of the domestic articles on the collection evaluation theories from CNKI＇ academic journals database and analyzes the results to show that the quantitative criterion of evaluating printed collections was based on the document supply rate, readers＇ satisfaction rate and subject coverage rate and the quality criterion was based on the collections information contents, collections structure and collections utilization effect. The methods of evaluating collections quality were mainly included the core bibliographic contrast, citation analysis and expert evaluation. By the practical analysis on the theory and method of collections evaluation are found that some concepts are wrong or lack of operability and cannot effectively guide the collections construction. Only according to the influencing collections quality factors of contents and forms to formulate feasible acquisition criteria, and control the acquisition quality from the sources can be improved the collections quality, and build the strong operability collections quality evaluation system based on the acquisition criteria.
