外文摘要：With the rapid development of science and technology in the new era,the cultivation of talents majoring in communication engineering is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This article aims to explore the construction of a talent cultivation model for communication engineering majors under the background of the new era,to adapt to the development needs of communication technology.It analyzed the existing problems in the cultivation of communication engineering talents at Guangdong Ocean University,and combined with the ability requirements for communication engineering talents in the new era.It deeply studied the talent cultivation model and practical path of communication engineering majors,aiming to improve the quality of talent cultivation in communication engineering,and provided useful references for meeting the development needs of the communication industry in the new era.
