中文摘要：中草药废弃物是中药材生产加工业的副产物,其营养物质丰富,富含多糖、黄酮、生物碱等活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎等生物学功能,并且来源广、产量大、价格低,可缓解常规饲料短缺和降低养殖成本,是潜在的饲料资源。本文主要从中草药废弃物的营养物质、活性物质与生物学功能及其在猪生产上的应用进行综述,以期为中草药废弃物在猪生产中的应用提供参考。

外文摘要：Chinese herbal medicine waste, the by-product of the production and processing industry of traditional Chinese medicine, has wide sources, large yield and low price. It is rich in nutrients and various bioactive substances, such as polysaccharides, flavonoids, and alkaloids. It has antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory biological functions,which can alleviate the shortage of conventional feed and reduce the cost of breeding, and is a potential feed resource. This paper mainly summarizes the nutrients, bioactive components, biological functions of Chinese herbal medicine waste and its application in pig production, in order to provide a reference for the application of Chinese herbal medicine waste in pig production.
