外文摘要:Axillary buds of Nepenthes mirabilis were used in tissue culture in the spring and autumn of 1997~1999 to investigate the optimum conditions for the rapid propagation of the species. Culture on 1/2 MS liquid medium supplemented with 6-BA 1 mg/L and NAA 0.05 mg/L in March to May gave the best results for the production of virus-free materials. The optimum medium for proliferation of calli (or adventitious buds) appeared to be MS + 6-BA 1 mg/L +Ad 10 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + coconut milk 100 ml/L, and higher concentration of coconut milk (200 ml/L) showed an inhibitive effect. Best proliferation of the subcultured buds was obtained on the medium MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg/L + Ad 1~5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L + coconut milk 100~200 ml/L. Cultured on 1/2 MS + 6-BA 0.1 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L, the regenerated shoots rooted readily in 20 days.
