中文摘要:本试验旨在探讨岩藻多糖对断奶羔羊生长性能、器官指数及血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选择24只体重[(7.32±0.37) kg]相近的30日龄健康川中黑山羊公羔,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂不含岩藻多糖的代乳粉,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组分别在代乳粉中添加0.1%、0.3%、0.6%的岩藻多糖。预试期7 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:1)Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的第30天体重显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。第1~30天,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的开食料采食量显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),各组之间的代乳粉采食量差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的脾脏指数显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅳ组的血清球蛋白(GLB)含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P <0.05),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P <0.05)。4)Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。5)Ⅲ组的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,代乳粉中添加岩藻多糖能够改善断奶羔羊的血清生化指标,提高生长性能、抗氧化能力和免疫性能。本试验条件下,代乳粉中岩藻多糖的适宜添加量为0.3%。
外文摘要:This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of fucoidan on growth performance,organ indices and serum biochemical,antioxidant and immune indices of weaned lambs. Twenty-four healthy 30-dayold Chuanzhong black male lambs with similar body weight of(7.32±0.37)kg were randomly divided into 4groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 lamb per replicate. Lambs in groupⅠ (control group)were fed the milk replacer without fucoidan,and others in groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwere milk replacers supplemented with 0.1%,0.3% and 0.6% fucoidan,respectively. The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 30 days. The results showed as follows:1)the body weight at day 30 of groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅡ (P<0.05). During days 1 to 30,the average daily gain of groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ (P<0.05),the starter intake of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠand groupⅡ (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in milk replacer intake among all groups(P>0.05). 2)The spleen index of groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ (P<0.05). 3)The serum globulin(GLB)content of groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ (P<0.05),and the serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity of groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠand groupⅡ (P<0.05). 4)The serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwere significantly higher than those of groupⅠ (P<0.05),the serum catalase(CAT)activity of groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05),the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅣ (P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly lower than that of groupⅠ (P<0.05). 5)The serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠand groupⅡ (P<0.05),the serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)content of groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly lower than that of groupⅠ (P<0.05),the contents of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in serum of groupⅢand groupⅣwere significantly lower than those of groupⅠand groupⅡ (P<0.05),and the serum interleukin-10(IL-10)of groupⅢand groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠand groupⅡ (P<0.05). In conclusion,adding fucoidan in milk replace can improve serum biochemical indices,growth performance,antioxidant capacity and immune performance of weaned lambs.
