中文摘要：2013年1月1日开始施行的《刑事诉讼法》在第二条增加了"尊重和保障人权"的内容。这彰显着在强制程度最高的国家公权力运用场合对自然人基本权利予以保护的坚定决心。在刑事案件中,未成年受害人在生理和心理方面与成年人有迥然不同的特点,因此其所受到的伤害较成年被害人而言严重程度更大,持续时间更长。从未成年刑事被害人保护存在问题出发,探讨未成年刑事被害人保护原则并在此基础上提出保护未成年刑事被害人的对策。

外文摘要：The Criminal Procedure Law came into force on January 1st, 2013,to which an article of ＆quot;respect and ensure human rights＆quot;was added .This change shows the determination to protect natural basic rights in the highest degree public power .In crimi-nal cases , there are some differences between the underage and adult victims , especially the juvenile victims in criminal cases who suffers much more damage than the adult criminals .This article studies the protection principle for the juvenile victims in criminal cases and the resolution of juvenile criminal victim protection .
