中文摘要：文章以广州市L家庭综合服务中心的个案文书作为研究资料,利用内容分析法发现当前个案工作成效有待提升,成效好的个案仅占六成左右。构建的二元logistic回归模型表明:案主的参与程度是影响个案工作成效的最重要因素;案主对资源的运用情况会影响到个案工作成效。在此基础上,文章建议通过提升案主的参与程度、增强案主运用资源的能力和发挥机构与督导的作用等措施提升个案工作成效。

外文摘要：This paper takes social casework documents from L family service center in Guangzhou as an example to conduct content analysis,the research finds that the effectiveness of social casework need to be improved due to only sixty percent of the cases are effective.Binominal logistic model shows that whether clients can utilize resource will affect the effectiveness of social casework.The most important factor is the extent to which clients are involved.Based on these conclusions,it is recommended to boost the effectiveness of social casework by combining multiple approaches,for example,promote clients’involvement,simultaneously enhance clients’capacity to make use of resources,and give full play to agency and supervisor.
