中文摘要：影响引文数据准确性的客观因素表现为数据库收录期刊数量的多少决定引文数据的大小;主观因素包括数据库方的引文标引质量、期刊编辑部对引文的审核程度和作者对待引文的态度等。引文数据的质量控制涉及数据库方、期刊编辑部和作者三方面的责任。数据库方应建立科学、合理的引文标引制度以引导员工正确标引;期刊编辑部应执行《文后参考文献著录规则》(GB/T 7714-2005)国家标准,加强文后参考文献的规范化管理和审核;作者应以认真、严谨的态度对待引文,避免著录错误。

外文摘要：Objective factors of affecting the accuracy of citation data show that more or less of journals contained in databases determine that the number of citations is large or small. Subjective factors include the citation indexing quality of databases, the degree of auditing citations by journal editorial departments and the author＇s attitude towards citations. The quality control of citation data involves responsibilities on databases, journal editorial departments and authors. Databases should establish the scientific, reasonable citation indexing system to guide the staff to index correctly; journal editorial departments should perform the national standard of ＂Rules for Content, Form and Structure of Bibliographic Reference＂（ GB/T 7714- 2005 ） and strengthen the standardized management and verifying for references; authors should treat citations with earnest, rigorous attitude and avoid the wrong description.
