中文摘要:旨在研究在不同营养水平饲粮添加酵母浓缩物对罗斯肉鸡生长性能、肠道消化酶活性及肠黏膜组织结构的影响。选取192羽1日龄罗斯308肉仔鸡,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复16只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮; Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,Ⅱ组在基础饲粮中添加0.2%的酵母浓缩物,Ⅲ组在低营养水平饲粮添加0.2%酵母浓缩物,试验期42d。结果表明:与对照组相比试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组ADG分别提高11.47%(P〈0.05)和4.20%(P〉0.05),F/G降低(P〉0.05),平均日增重(ADG)和F/G不同营养水平阍差异不显著(P〉0.05);各组十二指肠内容物消化酶活性差异不显著(P〉0.05);与对照组相比Ⅱ、Ⅲ组十二指肠绒毛高度分别提高6.16%(P〈0.05)和1.96%(P〈0.05),空肠绒毛高度分别提高3.43%(P〈0.05)和0.86%(P〉0.05),十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度不同营养水平间差异显著(P〈0.05);与对照组相比十二指肠隐窝深度分别降低2.25%(P〈0.05)和1.25%(P〉0.05),不同营养水平间差异显著(P〈0.05);与对照组相比十二指肠V/C分别提高8.51%(P〈0.05)和3.90%(P〉0.05),不同营养水平问差异显著(P〈0.05);回肠V/C分别提高5.27%(P〈o.05)和1.48%(P〉0.05),不同营养水平间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。综合分析,不同营养水平饲粮添加酵母浓缩物均可提高罗斯肉鸡ADG降低F/G,提高十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度、降低隐窝深度、提高V/C,低营养水平和适宜营养水平饲粮添加对罗斯肉鸡生长性能的影响差异不显著。

外文摘要:This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of yeast concentrate supplement in difference nutrition level dietary on production performance, digestive enzyme activity and intestinal mucosal structure of Ross broilers. 192 one-day-old Ross broilers were divided into 3 groups with 4 repeats of 16 each. Group Ⅰ was control group fed with basic diet. Group Ⅱ-Ⅲ were fed with 0.2% yeast concentrate in basic diet and low nutrition level diet respectively. The trial lasted 42 days. The results showed that compared with control group,the ADG of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were increased by 11.47% (P〈0.05)and 4.2% (P〉0.05) ,and the F/G was decreased,there was no obvious difference between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. The duodenum and jejunum villus height were increased by 6.16%(P〈0.05) and 3.43%(P〈0.05) in Group Ⅱ ,1.96%(P〈0.05) and 0.86% (P〉0.05) in Group Ⅲ ,but there existed remarkable difference (P〈0.05) between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. The duodenum crypt depth was decreased by 2. 25% (P〈0. 05) and 1. 25% (P〉0.05) respectively,an obvious difference could be observed between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ (P〈0.05). The V/C of duodenum and ileum was increased by 8.51%(P〈0.05) and 5.27%(P〈 0.05) in Group Ⅱ ,3.90% (P〉0.05) and 1.48% (P〉0.05) in Group Ⅲ compared with the control group. The V/C difference in duodenum between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was remarkable (P〈 0.05) but there was not significant in that of ileum (P〉0.05). In conclusion,the 0.2% yeast concentrate added in dietaries of different nutrition levels could prove the duodenum and jejunum villus height,reduce crypt depth,improve V/C,but did not significantly affect production performance in Ross broilers with difference nutrition level dietary.
