中文摘要：高校学报在组织选择稿件时若找不准其社会定位 ,就会走进不利于学报生存发展的误区。要使高校学报得到可持续发展 ,学报建设必须成为高校整体建设的一部分 ,使学报工作与高校学科建设、科研工作互动 ,真正实现高校学报的社会功能。

外文摘要：If university journals cannot find their social positions precisely in organizing and selecting paper, they will come into misunderstandings, which are of disadvantages to the existence and development of the journals. In order to acquire sustainable development, the journals should play an important role in teaching and research of the universities, make reciprocal effects between the journals and discipline construction and scientific research, and fulfill their social functions.
