外文摘要：With the increasing growth of college student's quantity, it becomes increasing difficult for the employment of college students. It is primary for college students to have correct views in selecting an occupation. It has been an important problem that how to understand the dialectic relation between college student's views in selecting an occupation and the college ethics' education. We should regard it as an important part of college ethics' education that can help college students to form the views in selecting an occupation in accordance with the development of society.
