中文摘要：创新法治专门人才的培养模式、提高法治专门人才的培养质量,必须深化课程教学改革。证据法学教学改革应注重四个面向:以专业核心课程的地位开展课程体系改革;结合课程思政开展课程内容改革;从社会需要出发开展课程实践教学改革;服务法律职业资格考试开展课程考核改革。

外文摘要：In order to innovate the training mode of legal professionals and improve the training quality of legal professionals, it is necessary to deepen the reform of curriculum. The educational reform of evidence law should focus on four aspects: carrying out the reform of curriculum system making evidence law as one of the core courses, carrying out the reform of curriculum content combining the ideological and political course, carrying out the teaching reform of curriculum practice according to social needs, and carrying out the curriculum assessment reform in order to serve the legal profession qualification examination.
