中文摘要：从海洋产业发展基础、海洋产业发展潜力和海洋产业科技实力三个方面构建广东海洋产业竞争力评价指标体系,并运用因子分析法对全国11个沿海省市的海洋产业竞争力进行评价和比较分析。结果表明:一是海洋产业发展规模、海洋科技人才实力是影响海洋产业竞争力的主要因素;二是海洋科技创新能力是推进广东省海洋产业结构的转型升级的主要动力;三是海洋产业竞争力综合排名中,广东、山东表现出较强的竞争力,构成第一集团;四是海洋产业竞争力与区域经济总体发展水平有着较为密切的关系。基于此,进一步为广东省海洋产业竞争力水平的提升提出若干对策建议。

外文摘要：The paper constructs Guangdong marine industry competitiveness evaluation index system from three aspects of marine industry development base, marine industry development potential and marine industry science and technology strength, and evaluates and compares analysis to 11 coastal provinces and cities of the country＇s marine industry competitiveness by using the factor analysis method. The results showed that： first, the size of the marine industry development, marine science and technology talent is the main factor affecting the marine industry competitiveness; Second, the marine science and technology innovation is the main driving force to promote the transformation of Guangdong provincial oceanic industrial structure upgrading; Third, Guangdong and Shandong showed strong competitiveness in comprehensive marine industry competitiveness rankings, which constitutes the first group; Forth, marine industry competitiveness and regional economic development level had a close relationship. Based on this, we put forward some suggestions to further enhance the competitiveness of marine industry in Guangdong Province level.
