中文摘要：特色法治人才协同培养有利于推动新法科与人才培养的深度融合,有利于满足复杂多元法治建设对相应法律实务操作技能历练的要求。我国特色法治人才协同培养取得一定成效,但仍面临一些问题,如全方位与全链条协同培养理念尚未完全确立、深整合与顺交叉协同培养模式尚未完全形成、过程性与共同化协同培养评价机制尚未完全建立。为此,需要确立全方位与全链条协同培养理念、打造深整合与顺交叉协同培养模式、构建过程性与共同化协同培养评价机制,推动特色法治人才协同培养更好助力新时代法治人才培养目标的实现。

外文摘要：The co-training of characteristic legal talents is beneficial to promote the deep integration of new law and talents training, and it is also in line with the demand of the complicated multi-legal construction for the relevant legal practice skills. Our country characteristic rule of law talented person coordinated training practice has obtained certain result, however, it still faces three outstanding problems: The concept of all-round and all-chain cooperative cultivation is not established, the mode of deep integration and straight-cross cooperative cultivation is not fully formed, and the evaluation mechanism of process and co-cultivation is not fully established. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the concept of all-round and all-chain cooperative cultivation, to create a deep integration and forward-cross cooperative cultivation model, and to build a process and co-cultivation evaluation mechanism to crack one by one. Only in this way, to promote the coordinated training of rule of law talents with special characteristics can help the goal of the training of rule of law talents in the new era to achieve.
