中文摘要：对湛江26年来的专利进行全面统计和分析,并与全省和其他一些地方的发展情况进行比较。结果显示:湛江专利虽有较大发展,但整体数量规模偏小,年增量偏少,在全省所占的份额偏低,年均增长速度明显低于全省平均水平,所占份额呈现出萎缩势态。对其中原因作了分析;结合湛江市情和借鉴其他地方的发展经验,提出湛江专利加快发展的策略。

外文摘要：All the patents belonging to Zhanjiang of the recent 25 years are calculated,analyzed and compared with those in other areas of Guangdong Province.The result shows that,despite the recent development,the overall number is smaller,the annual increase is slower and the percentage in the whole province is lower.The increasing speed is apparently much slower than the average level and the percentage is shrinking.The relevant reasons are analyzed and then the strategies to accelerate the patent development in Zhanjiang are presented according to the specific situation of Zhanjiang and other cities’ experience.
