中文摘要：课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务和全面提高人才培养质量的重要举措,如何实施课程思政已经成为高等教育界关注的焦点。介绍了海洋科学专业课程开展的具有海洋特色的课程思政建设,并着重结合“海洋气象学”课程阐述了具有海洋特色的课程思政元素在海洋科学类专业课程教学过程中的融入。在课程教学中将习近平总书记关于建设海洋强国的经典语录、我国海洋科学技术的发展历史和丰硕成果、国防建设与海洋权益维护、海洋生态文明建设、海洋文化交融与海洋命运共同体构建、科学家与科研精神、中华优秀传统文化、积极向上的做人品格和生活态度等思政元素自然地融入专业课程的教学过程之中,积极建设海洋科学专业课程思政素材资源库。遵循专业课程“思政寓课程,课程融思政”的教学理念,在课程专业知识学习中自然地融入价值观层面的海洋精神指引。

外文摘要："Curriculum ideological and political education"construction is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of"building morality and cultivating talents"and to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.How to implement"curriculum ideological and political education"has become the focus of attention in higher education.This paper introduces the ideological and political education construction of marine science professional courses with marine characteristics,and focuses on the course of Marine Meteorology to explain the integration of the ideological and political elements with marine characteristics into the teaching process of marine science professional courses.In the course of teaching,the following ideological and political elements are naturally integrated into the teaching process of professional courses,including General Secretary Xi Jinping's classic quotations on building a powerful marine country,the history and fruitful achievements of the development of China's marine science and technology,the construction of national defense and the maintenance of maritime rights and interests,the construction of marine ecological civilization,the integration of marine culture and the construction of a community of marine destiny,the spirit of scientists and scientific research,Chinese excellent traditional culture,and positive personality and life attitude.In the meantime,we actively build up the ideological and political material database for marine science courses.Following the teaching philosophy of"ideological and political education should be reflected and integrated in the courses"in the professional courses,the marine spirit guidance at the value level is naturally incorporated into the professional knowledge learning.
