中文摘要:【目的】研究从海藻红江蓠(Gracilaria rubra)中提取琼胶的环保加工方法。【方法】在碱处理后的红江蓠中加入红江蓠干质量5倍水,通过机械粉碎形成悬浮液,加热提胶;使用珍珠岩与硅藻土复合预涂助滤剂助滤进行压榨过滤,去除悬浮液里的各种不溶物;过滤后的琼胶液添加质量分数0.30%的粉状活性炭,在(65±5)℃恒温搅拌20 min进行脱色处理,压榨过滤除去粉状活性炭;琼胶液冷冻脱水或压榨脱水,干燥后所得琼胶产品。【结果】所得琼胶产品外观微黄或白色,符合产品色度要求。新工艺全程不需使用盐酸、草酸、化学漂白剂等化学试剂,用水量及废水产生量分别只是传统方法的45%、31%左右,所用江蓠琼胶得率为17.1%,琼胶得率比传统方法提取的高1.2%左右。【结论】使用绿色环保工艺从海藻红江蓠中提取琼胶,可减少化学品对生产场所造成的污染和对工人的伤害,具有在工业生产中推广应用价值。
外文摘要:【Objective】To study a green technology that can extract agar from the seaweed Gracilaria rubra.【Method】After alkali treatment,distilled water(5X by mass)of G.rubra was added.The suspension solution was formed by mechanical crushing and heated to extract agar.The extracted argal solution was compressed and filtered to remove the insolubles by perlite and diatomite composited pre-coated filter aid.Activated carbon powders(0.30%by mass)were added to the filtered agar solution,stirred(65±5)℃for 20 minutes to decolorize,and then filtered.The extract was treated by freezing or pressing dehydration,and then dried to yield the agar product.【Result】The agar was slightly yellow or white,which met the color requirements of the product.The new extraction method did not need to use chemical reagents such as hydrochloric acid,oxalic acid and bleaching agent.Water consumption and wastewater production account for only about 45%and 31%compared to the traditional method.The yield of agar was 17.1%,or 1.2%higher than the yield from traditional methods.【Conclusion】The process greatly reduces pollutants and the harmful chemicals to workers.It is green and environmentally friendly,and has the value of popularization and application in industrial production.
