中文摘要:为探究牡蛎酶解物的抗抑郁作用,采用慢性不可预知温和应激斑马鱼模型,将牡蛎酶解物分为低、中和高浓度三个剂量组,检测其对斑马鱼行为学、体重指数产生的影响,进而通过酶联免疫法测定斑马鱼外周皮质醇含量和脑部细胞因子表达水平。结果表明,经过5周慢性不可预知温和应激后,斑马鱼出现了明显的抑郁样行为,而牡蛎酶解物可以有效改善斑马鱼抑郁样行为,并能有效改善应激后斑马鱼体重减小的现象;同时,牡蛎酶解物可降低斑马鱼外周皮质醇的水平,降低TNF-α在脑部的表达。研究结果表明,牡蛎酶解物可以通过调节应激激素水平以及抑制慢性不可预知温和应激诱导的炎症细胞因子的表达来改善慢性不可预知温和应激诱导抑郁样行为。本研究旨在深入探究牡蛎酶解产物的神经保护作用,并为其活性成分的进一步开发提供理论依据。

外文摘要:To explore the antidepressant effects of oyster hydrolysates,a zebrafish model of chronic unpredictable mild stress was applied in this study.Different doses of oyster hydrolysates were used to treat the zebrafish model,which were the low concentration,medium concentration,and high concentration.The zebrafish fish behavior and body mass index were measured,and then the zebrafish peripheral cortisol contents and brain cytokine expression levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay.The results showed that after 5 weeks treatment of chronic unpredictable mild stress,zebrafish showed obvious depression-like behavior,and oyster hydrolysates effectively improved zebrafish depression-like behavior,and effectively improved zebrafish weight loss after stress.At the same time,oyster hydrolysates reduced the level of cortisol in zebrafish and reduced the expression of TNF-αin the brain.The results of this study also showed that oyster hydrolysates improved chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced depression-like behavior by regulating the level of stress hormones and inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress.This study aims to explore the neuroprotective effects of oyster hydrolysates deeply,and provide a theoretical basis for the further development of its active ingredients.
