中文摘要:以科学发展观内涵为基础,选择评估指标构建湛江科学发展的AHP模型,对湛江2006—2012年科学发展水平进行评估,然后通过基于次约束的模糊评价法分析湛江科学发展的制约因素,得到3点结论:第一,湛江科学发展总体水平不高;第二,湛江科学发展最大的制约因素是"统筹区域发展";第三,"层次分析法+次约束模糊评价法"可以作为评估地区科学发展水平的范式。
外文摘要:Based on the Scientific Development Concept, by selecting evaluation index and building AHP model of Zhanjiang's scientific development, the scientific development of Zhanjiang from 2006 to 2012 is assessed. Then constraints of Zhanjiang's scientific development by the fuzzy evaluation model is analyzed. The following conclusion can be drawn: First, the overall level of scientific development of Zhanjiang is not high; second, "Integrated Regional Development"is largest constraint of scientific development of Zhanjiang; Third, the "AHP + Fuzzy evaluation method based on the inferior constraint" can be used as the paradigm of assessment of area scientific development.
