中文摘要：在先秦时期,阴阳家把阴阳思想看作解决君臣之间、民众之间、人类与自然之间矛盾的钥匙。阴阳家既承认多元和矛盾,又倡导化解矛盾、实现和合共生,因而具有明显的和合意味。在先秦时期,阴阳的发展经历了观念、概念和范畴三个阶段,而“和合学”的和生、和处也得到了体现。在阴阳的差异、相依和转化中,和合学的和处、和立原理得到了彰显。在政治领域,阴阳之道表现为阴阳刑德与四时教令,前者化解了儒家和法家在治国理念上的剧烈冲突,后者反映了古人在化解冲突、实现和合方面的可贵努力。

外文摘要：In that pre-Qin period,the Yin-Yang theorist regarded the idea of Yin and Yang as the key to solve the contradiction between the monarch and the people,between the people and between the human and the nature.The Yin-Yang theorists not only recognized the multi-element and the contradiction,but also try to achieve the harmonious symbiosis.Hence,The Yin-Yang theory has obvious harmonious meaning.During the pre-Qin period,the development of Yin and Yang has experienced three stages of ideas,concept and category,and reflected harmonious symbiosis of Harmony study.There are peace and co-operation and common success of Harmony study in the difference,dependence and transformation of Yin and Yang.Governance according to Yin-Yang and Four-time Teaching Order are the political measures,the former defends the violent conflict between the Confucian and the Legalists in the concept of governing the country,and the latter reflects the valuable efforts of the ancients in resolving the conflicts and achieving harmony.
