中文摘要:本试验旨在研究酵母培养物对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、非特异性免疫力和抗病力的影响。在基础饲料中分别添加0(对照)、0.30%、0.50%、1.00%的酵母培养物,配制4种等氮等脂的试验饲料,分别命名为Y0、Y0.3、Y0.5和Y1.0。选取初始体重为(1.20±0.01)g的凡纳滨对虾800尾,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复40尾。养殖试验持续56 d。结果表明:Y0.3组对虾的增重率和特定生长率显著高于Y0.5组(P〈0.05);Y0.3组有最高的蛋白质效率和最低的饲料系数,与其余各组差异显著(P〈0.05)。酵母培养物具有一定的诱食效果,且Y0.3组对虾的摄食率显著高于Y0组(P〈0.05)。Y0.3、Y0.5和Y1.0组肌肉粗蛋白质含量均显著高于Y0组(P〈0.05),且在Y0.3组达到最大值(91.69%)。饲料中添加0.30%、0.50%或1.00%酵母培养物可显著提高对虾血清中溶菌酶、酚氧化酶和碱性磷酸酶活性以及肝胰腺中溶菌酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和碱性磷酸酶活性(P〈0.05)。Y0.5组对虾血清中丙二醛含量显著低于其余各组(P〈0.05)。以哈维氏弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)攻毒7 d后,Y0.3、Y0.5组对虾的累积死亡率显著低于Y1.0组(P〈0.05),但与Y0组无显著差异(P〉0.05)。由此得出,饲料中添加0.30%酵母培养物可显著提高凡纳滨对虾的生长性能,添加0.30%~0.50%的酵母培养物可显著提高凡纳滨对虾的非特异性免疫力。

外文摘要:A 56 days feeding trial was carried out to investigate the effects of yeast culture on growth performance,nonspecific immunity and disease resistance of Litopenaeus vannamei.Four isonitrogenous and isolipid diets were prepared by adding 0,0.30%,0.50%and 1.00%yeast culture in a basal diet,and named as Y0,Y0.3,Y0.5 and Y1.0,respectively.A total of 800 Litopenaeus vannamei with an initial average weight of(1.20±0.01) g were randomly assigned into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 40 individuals per replicate.The results showed as follows:the weight gain rate(WGR) and specific growth rate(SGR) in Y0.3group were significantly higher than those in Y0.5 group(P〈0.05).The maximum protein efficiency rate(PER) and the minimum feed conversion rate(FCR) were occurred in Y0.3 group,and the differences were significant between Y0.3 group and other groups(P〈0.05).Yeast culture had attractant effect at a certain extent,and the feeding rate(FR) in Y0.3 group showed significantly higher than that in Y0 group(P〈0.05).Muscle crude protein content in Y0 group was significantly lower than that in Y0.3,Y0.5 and Y1.0 groups(P〈0.05),and a highest value(91.69%) was found in Y0.3 group.The activities of serum lysozyme(LSZ),phenoloxidase(PO) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and liver LSZ,peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and ALP were significantly increased by dietary supplying 0.30%,0.50%or 1.00%yeast culture(P〈0.05),and serum malondialdehyde(MDA) content in Y0.5 group was significantly lower than that in other groups(P〈0.05).Shrimps were challenged by Vibrio harveyi for the next 7 days,the cumulative mortality rate in Y0.3 and Y0.5 groups were significantly lower than that in Y1.0 group(P〈0.05),but had no significant difference compared with Y0 group(P〉0.05).It can be concluded that the supplementation of 0.30%yeast culture can significantly enhance the growth performance of Litopenaeus vannamei,and the supplementation of 0.30%to 0.50%yeast culture can significantly improve the nonspecific immunity of Litopenaeus vannamei.
