中文摘要：依据航海类毕业生质量和工作情况调查资料以及国际航运发展对航海人才的素质要求,从构建人才培养方案必须考虑航海教育特殊性、优化课程内容和课程体系、改善教学方式和教学手段和提高教师教学科研水平等方面,探讨了航海人才培养模式的改革。

外文摘要：This paper is based on the findings of the investigation of the quality and workplace performance of graduates majoring in navigation,and on the requirements for seafarers incurred by the development of the international shipping industry.From several aspects,it makes a study of the reform for a general quality-and innovativeness-oriented seafarer education model.First,it makes a case for the fact that the intended education program should take account of the specialty of seafarer education,and optimize the system and content of the course.Then,it argues that it is very important to improve teaching methods and necessary teaching instruments and elevate the quality of the research work of the teaching staff.
