中文摘要:课程思政教学改革是航海类高等院校贯彻立德树人根本任务的基本理论与方法,是构建全员、全程、全方位思政教育格局的探索渠道。针对目前航海类专业课程普遍存在的课程教学与思政教育相互独立、学生对课程思政教育的认知不足、课程思政教育评价体系有待完善等现实问题,以交通信息技术课程为例,进行课程思政元素设计,提出推进课程教师思政建设能力提升、强化学生课程思政教育学习的主体地位、激发师生共同挖掘思政元素潜力、构建课程思政教育评价体系等解决方案,切实提高航海类高等院校课程思政育人实效。

外文摘要:The ideological and political reform of courses is the fundamental theoretical basis for maritime universities to achieve the fundamental mission of moral cultivation,and also an effective path to build a comprehensive ideological and political pattern.However,there are still some practical problems in maritime courses,such as the independence between curriculum teaching and moral education,the lack of recognition of students on ideological and political education in courses,and the need to improve the evaluation system of ideological and political education in courses.Therefore,taking the course of Transportation Information Technology as an example,this paper designs the ideological and political elements of the major course and proposes solutions to promote the ideological and political construction ability of major curriculum teachers,strengthen the main role of students in ideological and political education learning,encourage teachers and students to jointly explore the potential of ideological and political elements,and establish an evaluation system for ideological and political education of major curriculum.The purpose is to effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in maritime universities.
