中文摘要：在金融危机和新农村建设的大环境下,研究我国农村居民的收支结构对改善农民生活和国内消费需求具有重要意义。通过建立收入和支出的回归模型,并对模型进行比较,得出如下结论:(1)提高财产性收入和转移性收入对增加农村居民纯收入作用很大;(2)农村居民生活水平在稳步提高,但尚不富裕;(3)农村交通、通讯基础设施较落后,成本较高;(4)农村教育、文化生活和医疗较为落后;(5)农村居民储蓄习惯较强。

外文摘要：Through building a model of revenue and a model of expenditure,and making a comparison with each other,some conclusions were drawn as follows： a.it plays a large role in increasing rural resident＇s net income to raise property income and transfer income;b.rural resident＇s quality of living is increasing steadily,but not rich;c.the infrastructure of traffic and communication in rural areas is relatively undeveloped but costs high;d.the education,cultural life,and medical treatment are comparatively backward;e.rural resident have strong propensity to save.
