中文摘要:海洋牧场是修复海洋生态环境和涵养近海渔业资源的新模式,而海上风电是我国新的清洁能源产业。本文在分析广东省海上风电场建设的基础上,分析了马尾藻藻礁建设在海洋风电场的适宜性和投放条件,探讨了在广东省开展以人工藻礁场+海上风电场为特点的融合发展模式的可行性,以及对于生态用海、生态管海和海域资源集约节约利用的必要性。研究认为“海洋牧场+海上风电”的发展模式将成为未来提高海域综合利用水平的重要发展方向。

外文摘要:Marine ranching is a new model for restoring marine ecological environment and conserving offshore fishery resources. Offshore wind power is a new clean energy industry in China. Based on the analysis of the construction of offshore wind farms in Guangdong Province, the suitability and deployment conditions of Sargasso algae reef in offshore wind farms were analyzed, and the feasibility of developing an integrated development model featuring artificial algae reefs + offshore wind farms in Guangdong Province, the necessity of ecological utilization and management of sea area, as well as the intensive utilization of ocean resources were discussed. It is believed that the development model of "marine ranching + offshore wind power" will become an important direction to improve the comprehensive utilization of sea areas in the future.
