中文摘要:【目的】为研究营养盐在珠江口的环境影响情况和分布控制因素,对2014年5月珠江口表层水中的NO_3-N、NO_2-N、PO_4-P和SiO_3-Si进行了调查。【方法】采用与相应的水质标准相比较的方法评价珠江口营养盐的环境质量情况,利用相关分析讨论了珠江口营养盐的分布控制因素。【结果】调查期间高盐度区域(S>30)的营养盐浓度均较低,低盐度区域(S<5)营养盐的分布情况比较复杂;珠江口表层水中NO_3-N、NO_2-N、PO_4-P和SiO_3-Si的浓度平均值分别为(75.39±44.70)、(8.64±5.34)、(0.97±0.32)和(54.15±31.44)μmol/L,N和P的浓度在一定程度上超过了相应的海水水质标准;营养盐浓度和摩尔比表明珠江口水体可能对浮游植物的生长存在潜在的P限制。调查期间,珠江口表层水中的营养盐均与盐度显著负相关,与叶绿素a显著正相关,然而叶绿素a与盐度的相关性不显著。【结论】说明珠江口营养盐的分布受水体混合影响显著,营养盐的分布对于浮游植物的分布具有较明显的影响。
外文摘要:【Objective】Concentrations of NO3-N, NO2-N, PO4-P and SiO3-Si were investigated in the surface water of the Pearl River Estuary in May 2014 to study their distribution patterns, controlling factors and environmental significances.【Method】 The concentrations of nutrients were compared with corresponding seawater quality standard to evaluate the environment quality. Correlation analysis was conducted among nutrients and related parameters to study the controlling factors of the nutrient distribution patterns.【Result】The tested nutrients had generally low concentrations in high salinity waters(S〉30) and their distributions were complex in low salinity waters(S5). The average concentrations of NO3-N, NO2-N, PO4-P and SiO3-Si during the investigation period were 75.39±44.70, 8.64±5.34, 0.97±0.32 and 54.15±31.44 μmol/L, respectively. Some of these nutrients exceeded corresponding seawater quality standard, indicating that the water environment of the Pearl River Estuary was not optimistic. The concentrations and ratios of nutrients indicated that the phytoplankton in the Pearl River Estuary may be suffering potential phosphorus limitation. During the investigation period, all the tested nutrients had significant negative correlations with salinity but had significant positive correlations with chlorophyll a, while no significant correlation was found between salinity and chlorophyll a. 【Conclusion】This indicated that in spring 2014 the distributions of nutrients in the Pearl River Estuary were obviously influenced by water mixing. They also had obvious influence on the distribution of chlorophyll a in that area.
