中文摘要：前苏联理论家巴赫金基于对西方节庆的研究总结得到了狂欢理论,广泛应用于文艺学、人类学、民俗学等领域。通过样本选取和实地考察的方法,分析了具有湛江地方色彩的吴川飘色所蕴含狂欢文化要素的内在含义,并从中挖掘了飘色作为海港城市代表文化名片的作用,以达到拓展其文化影响力的目的。

外文摘要：Bakhtin, a theorist from the former Soviet Union puts forward the Carnival theory based on the research of the west festivals, and the Carnival theory is widely used in the study of literature, anthropology, and folklore. This research collects samples through field obser-vation .It analyzes the inner implication of the carnival cultural symbols in Wuchun,s Piaose which is the unique local characteristics of Zhanjiang. Therefore it cultivates the function of Piaose as the cultural icon of the Harbor City and further explores its cultural impact.
