中文摘要:筒体组对的质量在压力容器的制造质量中起关键作用,组对质量的优劣给压力容器的正常运行埋下安全隐患。本文分析了大型压力容器筒体组对存在误差的原因和危害,阐述了组对误差检测领域的技术发展现状,提出一种针对大直径压力容器筒体组对误差快速检测与减少错边量的新方法,对大型筒体现场快速组装提供参考,并对未来基于快速检测条件的筒体组对与错边量控制技术在大型压力容器制造中的应用进行了展望。

外文摘要:The cylinder group quality play a key role in the pressure vessel manufacturing quality, the normal operation of pressure vessel is buried under safe hidden trouble for the quality. This paper analyzes the cause of the error and harm for the large pressure vessel shell group, elaborated the technology development situation of error detection in the field of cylinder group, put forward a kind of error detection technology in view of large diameter pressure vessel, provide technical support and guidance for field assembly of large special equipment of our country, and cylinder group control technology based on testing conditions in the application of large pressure vessel manufacturing is discussed.
