中文摘要：权利是我们所要构建的和谐社会的基本要素,它既是和谐社会的活力源泉,又是和谐社会的秩序基础。从内容上看,权利意味着人们正当的自由或利益;从形式上看,权利意味着某种规则与秩序。构建和谐社会,应该树立公平正义的权利观、尊重他人权利的权利观、善待自己权利的权利观与遵守社会规则的权利观。

外文摘要：From the content point of view, the fight means that people＇ s freedom or legitimate interests, but from the formal point of view, the fight means that some rules and order. We want the fight to build the basic elements of a harmonious society and it is the lifeblood of a harmonious society and the basis for a harmonious social order. Building a harmonious society, we should establish the fight to fairness and justice, show respect for the fights of the fights of others, and treat their own view of fights and the fight to comply with the concept of social rules.
