外文摘要:Food safety has attracted increasing attention due to its importance. Some important issues including the current concerns of food safety were discussed in this paper, the types of food contamination, the measures for assuring food safety and the significance of solving this problem. Through common effort, it is expected to achieve better control of food contamination.
