中文摘要:壳聚糖资源丰富,无毒,且具有生物相容性和生物可降解性以及优良的抗菌性能等,因此具有广泛的应用前景。21世纪以来,壳聚糖及其衍生物作为新型抗菌剂受到人们的重视,研究发现其可能的抗菌机理主要是:破坏细菌细胞壁、损坏细菌DNA功能和抑制菌体对微量元素的摄取。本文综述了近年来壳聚糖及其衍生物的抗菌活性情况,并针对其机理和研究进展进行了深刻的讨论。
外文摘要:Due to its abundant availability,non-toxicity,biocompatibility,biodegradability and superior antibacterial activity,chitosan possesses broad application prospects in various areas.Since twenty-first Century,chitosan and its derivatives have attracted more and more attention as a new kind of antibacterial agents.It is found that the possible antibacterial mechanism of chitosan and its derivatives can be summarized as three perspectives.Research shows that the antibacterial mechanism of chitosan may be due to its damages to cell walls and DNA functions,and its inhabitation on the bacteria's uptake of trace elements.The antibacterial activity of chitosan and its derivatives in recent years were reviewed in-depth,providing a comprehensive survey and assessment of their mechanisms and advances.
