中文摘要：在中国粮食安全形势日益严峻的背景下,中国农业"走出去",利用境外农业资源将不可避免。对外直接投资是农业"走出去"的一种重要模式,但目前中国农业对外直接投资的规模并不大,因此探究其中的影响因素就具有重要的意义。文章根据经典的企业国际化理论建立了10大假设,并利用2003-2011年的统计数据,通过建立相关计量模型并运用主成分回归的方法对中国农业对外直接投资的多种因素的作用方向和程度进行了多元统计分析,对假设进行了数据检验。文章最后对优化中国农业对外直接投资模式提出了政策建议。

外文摘要：It is inevitable that China＆#39;s agriculture goes abroad to take advantage of overseas agricultural resources under more and more serious grain security background. Direct investment abroad is one of the important modes of agriculture“going abroad”,but at present the scale of China’s direct investment abroad in agriculture is not large,so it is of momentous signifi-cance to research which factors influence China’s direct investment abroad. The paper structures 10 hypotheses according to classic theories of enterprise internationalization,then does multivariate statistical analysis on the influencing factors in both di-rection and extent by building econometric model, and using the data from 2003 to 2011 and principal component regression method to test these hypotheses. At last,this paper puts forward some measures to promote China’s direct investment abroad in agriculture.
