中文摘要:采用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱仪和石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪对不同颜色的淡水、海水珍珠样品进行了对比研究。结果表明,珍珠的颜色与其所含有机成分没有太多的联系,而与其微量元素的质量分数密切相关,颜色越深,微量元素相对越富集。除个别元素的质量分数存在差异外,浙江诸暨和江苏芜湖两地淡水珍珠的微量元素种类大致相同。淡水珍珠中Mn元素的质量分数远高于海水珍珠的。
外文摘要:The freshwater and seawater pearl samples with different colours are investigated by using Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrometer and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer(GFAAS). The results indicate that the colour of pearl is in close relationship with some trace elements rather than organic ingredient, and the content of some trace elements is much richer with deeper colour for pearls. For the freshwater pearl samples respectively from Zhuji, Zhejiang Province, and Wuhu, Jiangsu Province, they contain the same sorts of trace elements except the content of few trace elements is different. The content of Mn in freshwater pearl samples is quite higher than that in seawater pearl samples.
