中文摘要：法学教育本质是职业教育。模拟法庭是高校法学教育的改革创新探索,对于应用型法治人才培养具有重要作用、意义和价值。指导教师的缺乏和教师指导的不足,影响了模拟法庭价值的发挥和目标的实现。可从指导教师团队建设、指导分工、指导内容、指导方法、指导过程等方面优化高校法学专业模拟法庭课程教学指导。为充分发挥模拟法庭的效用,应实现模拟法庭关联化和拓展化。

外文摘要：Legal education is essentially vocational education,and legal vocational education should be implemented in law courses.The moot court course is a reform and innovation exploration of legal education in higher colleges.The lack of teachers’guidance has affected the value of the moot court course and the realization of its goals.The teaching guidance of the moot court course for law majors can be optimized in terms of the instructional teacher teams,teacher's division of instructional duties,guidance content,guidance methods,and guidance processes.
