外文摘要：The Food Chemistry course is a basic course for food majors and is vital for students to learn professional courses and engaged in scientific research.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of Food chemistry teaching,combined with the characteristics of Food chemistry curriculum,exploring the construction of a student-centered,PBL-SRT research-based teaching model driven by problem-oriented and scientific research training,aiming to better cultivate food science professional students＇ consciousness and spirit innovation,and improve innovation capabilities.
