中文摘要:利用26个果实性状对我国雷州半岛的菠萝蜜种质资源进行遗传多样性分析,同时对有关果实性状进行因子分析,结果表明:雷州半岛76份菠萝蜜种质的果实性状的变异系数在11.13%~67.73%之间,各种质欧氏遗传距离在2.56~16.65之间,平均为6.88,说明我国雷州半岛的菠萝蜜种质资源具有丰富的遗传变异;在欧氏距离系数为7.88处,76份种质可以分为3组;干、湿包类型及各地区的种质均不能分开聚类;因子分析筛选出了果实纵径、单果重和果轴重等17个影响较大的果实性状;对菠萝蜜种质遗传多样性,干、湿包类型的差异进行了探讨。

外文摘要:The genetic diversities of 76 accessions of Jackfruit germplasm collected in Leizhou Peninsula were described with 26 fruit traits, quantitative and qualitative, and the fruit traits were then analyzed using the principal components analysis. The results manifested that the coefficients of variability in fruit traits ranged from 11.13% to 67.73%, and that the Euclidean genetic distances between pairs of germplasm ranged from 2.56 to 16.65, with an average of 6.88. This indicated that the Jackfruit germplasm had an abundant genetic variation. Cluster analysis showed that the germplasm could be clustered into three groups at the Euclidean distance coefficient of 7.88. Germplasm of soft and firm flesh type fruit could not form an independent cluster, and germplasm collected from different sources could not be discriminated either. By using principal component analysis 17 principal fruit traits such as fruit longitudinal diameter, single fruit weight, peduncle weight, etc were selected representatively from the 26 fruit traits. The genetic diversity and the classification of soft and firm flesh type fruit were discussed as well.
