外文摘要：Based on the characteristics of quality control on papers in scientific journals, the methods for improving the paper quality by the editors are proposed: 1)to assess the paper's innovative aspects during the editors'evaluation with new technology; 2) to establish the interactive peer review mechanism; 3) to make an overall recheck during the proofreading; 4) to enhance the information feedback of the quality of papers.
