中文摘要:创新能力不但是衡量研究生教育质量的重要标准,也是研究生教育最为重要的价值追求。美国作为研究生教育较为发达的国家,在招生选拔、课程设置、课堂教学、导师队伍建设、质量评估等方面有着丰富的经验可资借鉴。从我国研究生创新能力培养的实践来看,应当健全和完善研究生招生选拔制度,优化课程体系,探索灵活多样的教学方式,重视科研实践,以不断完善研究生创新能力培养机制。

外文摘要:The innovation ability is not only an important criterion for measuring the quality of postgraduate education, but also the most important value pursuit of postgraduate education. As a country with more developed graduate education, the United States has rich experience in enrollment selection, curriculum setting, classroom teaching, tutor team construction and quality assessment, which provided us rich experience. From the practice of the cultivation of Postgraduates' Innovation Ability in China, we should perfect the selection mechanism of postgraduate, optimize the curriculum system, explore flexible and diverse teaching methods, attach importance to scientific research practice, and constantly improve the training mechanism of postgraduates' innovation ability.
