中文摘要：交通设施建设是农村基础设施建设中的重要环节,也是乡村振兴战略规划中的重要部分。从公共经济学的视角出发,对农村公共交通建设过程中的主要矛盾进行系统分析,指出需要系统地建立多维度农村公共交通建设促进机制。最后提出建设农村公共交通的具体对策:整体协作联动,完善供给建设体系;多维主体参与,稳定供给建设要素;科学政府管制,保障供给建设成效。

外文摘要：Traffic facilities construction is an important link in rural infrastructure construction, and also an important strategy in Rural Revitalization Strategy. From the perspective of public economics, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the main contradictions in the process of rural public transport construction. In the light of the existing major contradictions in rural public transport construction, it is necessary to systematically establish a multidimensional rural public transport construction promotion mechanism, by improving the supply and construction system through overall cooperation and linkage,stabilizing the supply and construction elements through multi-dimensional main body participation; to help alleviate major contradictions in rural public transport construction and to improve the overall level of rural public transport construction by ensuring the effectiveness of supply and construction through scientific government regulation; to let the peasant masses participate in the process of sharing the reform results, enhance the well-being of peasants, and thus promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
