中文摘要：广东是我国海洋经济大省,发展海洋战略性新兴产业,是建设海洋经济强省、实现经济发展方式根本性转变的客观要求。文章以产业经济学理论为基础,运用SWOT分析框架,从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面对广东发展海洋战略性新兴产业进行了深入系统分析。在此基础上,文章提出了坚持统筹海陆规划、实施科技兴海战略、优化海洋经济结构、完善政策支持体系、创新海洋管理体制机制、健全海洋污染防治体系和重点发展海洋战略性新兴产业等广东发展海洋战略性新兴产业的对策建议。

外文摘要：Guangdong is one of the main marine economical provinces in China, developing the new marine strategic industries is the objective requirements to construct a strong ocean-based province and to achieve the fimdamental transformation of the mode of economic development. Based on the theory of industrial economics, with the analysis framework of SWOT, this paper makes a further and systematic analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of developing the new marine strategic industries in Guangdong. On this basis, advances some measures of develop the new marine strategic industries in Guangdong.
