中文摘要：孔子学院经过10年发展已取得了十分明显的成就,有效提高和改善了中文乃至中国的国际形象。与此同时,高速发展的背后也暴露出诸多问题。针对这些问题,在外部建设上需注重国内外舆论的导向作用、资金来源尽量多元化以及加强专业建设等;在内部管理上需加强财务行政管理、教学活动管理及健全评估管理系统。通过以上举措来提高孔子学院管理水平,加强其文化交流平台的作用。

外文摘要：After ten years development, Confucius Institute has made obvious achievements. It enhanced and improved international image of China, and at the same time, it also exposed many problems behind rapid development. In order to solve these problems, the native and foreign media should be controlled, and the fund sources should be diversified. Also, the financial administration should be strengthened, the management of teaching activities and evaluation system should be improved. Through above measures, the management level of the Confucius Institute will be improved, and its role of cultural exchanging platform will be consolidated.
