中文摘要:传统讲授式教学法强调认同性思维,抑制了学生的主体意识和创新能力,不利于我国法学教育。司法考试增加了法科学生的学习压力,也促生了为了通过司考而学习的功利心。面对法学教育的新挑战,法学教学方法的改革势在必行。理论法学的枯燥乏味更呼唤教学方法的革新。理论法学课堂引入案例教学法是必要的,也是便捷、可行的。
外文摘要:The traditional teaching method emphasizes the same sex thinking,inhibits the students' subjective consciousness and innovation ability,is not conducive to China's legal education.The judicial examination increased students' learning pressure also made a study for utilitarian heart by scott.Facing the new challenge of law education,the reform of law teaching method is imperative.The boring of theoretical law calls for the innovation of teaching methods. It is necessary,convenient and feasible to introduce case teaching method in theoretical law class.
