外文摘要：Culture is a social ideology which is an important part of the superstructure.As determined by the economic basis,it is necessary to develop economy to enhance cultural confidenc.The development of culture has its inherent law,which has the characteristics of imbalanced and unsynchronized production of the same material.We must adhere to the development of cultural innovation so as to enhance the confidence of culture.The development of culture has the characteristics of openness,so we must adhere to the principle of openness and inclusiveness so as to enhance the confidence of Cutural.Real individual"is the basic premise and starting point of Marx's historical materialism culture view.Cultural activities are"real personal"activities.To strengthen cultural confidence,we must adhere to the principle of"people-oriented".
