中文摘要:为了研究新育成的水稻光温敏雄性不育系H61S、H69S的育性转换特性,于2005—2006年在湛江进行了分期播种试验和人工控制光温试验,结果表明:(1)温度是引起两个光温敏不育系育性转换的最主要的原因,光照时数对不育系育性影响不显著。(2)H61S、H69S的育性温度敏感期分别为抽穗前19 ̄10d和20 ̄10d,最敏感期均为抽穗前17 ̄13d,与对照培矮64相似。(3)当不育系由不育转为可育,可育花粉率达1%时,H61S、H69S和对照培矮64S的育性转换临界温度分别为24.2℃、25.3℃、26.1℃。(4)两个不育系在湛江自然播种条件下都有较长的稳定不育期和较高的自交结实率,育性转换期均比对照培矮64S短,可以安全制种,也可繁殖,但适宜繁殖的抽穗期范围窄。

外文摘要:In order to study the characteristics of fertility alteration in two new Photo-Thermo Sensitive Genie Male Sterile (P/TGMS) lines, H61S and H69S were observed under controlled conditions and natural conditions by ways of different sowing dates in 2005-2006. The results showed that: (1) Day-length had no obvious influence on fertility transition for the two P/TGMS lines, while temperature was the main factor of fertility transition. (2) The sensitive stages of temperature on fertility expression for H61S and H69S which were 19-10d and 20-10d before heading respectively, were similar to Pei'ai64S (20-19d), and the most sensitive periods were 17-13d for all the three male sterile lines above. (3) The critical temperatures were 24.2℃, 25.3℃, 26.1℃ for H61S, H69S and Pei'ai64S (cK) respectively when the fertile pollen rates was one percent. (4) The two P/TGMS lines had high self-setting rate and long stable sterile period, and so they could be multiplied and produced hybrid-seeds safely, but their fertile periods were short in Zhanjiang. Compared with Pei'ai64S (oK), the periods of fertility alteration for H61S and H69S were shorter.
