中文摘要:为探讨新型植物生长调节剂B2拌种和叶面喷施对玉米农艺性状、光合特性、叶绿素荧光参数及产量的影响,明确B2拌种和叶面喷施的适宜剂量,以德美亚1号为材料,采用田间随机区组试验方法,设置B2拌种剂量0(CK)、25(BT1)、50(BT2)和100(BT3)mg/kg,在6展叶期叶面喷施剂量0(CK1)、25(YT1)、50(YT2)和100(YT3)mg/L。结果表明:与CK和CK1相比,B2拌种和叶面喷施处理均能降低玉米株高和穗位高,增加玉米茎粗、叶面积和干物质积累量;提高玉米叶片SPAD值、净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr);提高实际量子产量Y(Ⅱ)、相对电子传递效率(ETR)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo),降低非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ);B2拌种和叶面喷施处理产量较CK和CK1分别增加5.90%、14.20%、5.81%和11.72%、14.40%、5.36%。综上所述,B2拌种剂量为50mg/kg、叶面喷施剂量为50mg/L时,可显著增加玉米产量。
外文摘要:In order to investigate the effects of plant growth regulator B2 seed dressing and leaf spraying on the agronomic characteristics, photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and yield of maize, the appropriate dose of B2 seed dressing and leaf spraying should be determined. Using Demeiya 1 as the material, the field-randomized block test method was used to set B2 seed dressing doses, including 0(CK), 25(BT1), 50(BT2) and 100(BT3) mg/kg, and the leaf spraying doses, including 0(CK1), 25(YT1), 50(YT2), and 100(YT3) mg/L. The results showed that B2 seed dressing and leaf spraying treatment, compared with CK and CK1, could reduce the plant height and ear height of maize, and increase the maize stem diameter, leaf area and dry matter accumulation and also increase the SPAD value and net photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(Tr). B2 seed dressing and leaf spraying treatment could increase the actual quantum yield Y(Ⅱ), relative electron transfer efficiency(ETR), photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) and potential photochemical activity(Fv/Fo), and reduce the non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ). Compared with CK and CK1, B2 seed dressing and leaf spraying treatment increased maize yield by 5.90%, 14.20%, 5.81% and 11.72%, 14.40%, 5.36% respectively. To sum up, when the seed dressing dose of B2 was 50 mg/kg and the leaf spraying dose was 50 mg/L, the yield of maize could be significantly increased.
