中文摘要：马克思的正义思想包含解构与建构两个层面。通过对分配正义的社会基础进行批判,他完成了对一般正义的超越。在社会批判的基础上,马克思又提供了一种理想的社会形式——共产主义。这种新型社会是个体人格的完满实现,也是马克思新型正义的内在基础。以对正义的解构与建构的方式,马克思实际上实现了对当代政治哲学的超越。

外文摘要：Marx’s theory of justice includes two aspects of deconstruction and construction.He transcends the common theory of justice by the critique of social foundation of distributive justice.On the basis of social critique,Marx establishes a new form of so?ciety,that is communism.Communism is the realization of person of individuality and the intrinsic foundation of new form of jus?tice.In this way,Marx transcends contemporary philosophy of politics.
