中文摘要：近年来,舞蹈侵权事件时有发生。这种行为不仅侵害了原作品著作人的权利,而且更加不利于舞蹈创作的发展,不利于舞蹈编导能力的提高,不利于舞蹈新作品新局面的改进。但是也可以看出人们对于舞蹈著作权的保护越来越重视。我国的法律对于舞蹈的著作权给出了定义,但是要从根本上消除此类现象,单单靠法律还是不够的。舞蹈艺术的本质在于创新。因此,舞蹈作品的价值也体现于创新。当前舞蹈创作领域时有发生的雷同现象、侵权事件,除了创作者思维方式的单一外,对他人成功作品的模仿与抄袭也是主要的原因。面对这些现象和事件的发生,我们应该在增强法律观念,完善舞蹈著作权的体制的同时,更要提倡创新意识。

外文摘要：In recent years,dance violations have occurred.Such behavior not only infringes upon the rights of authors of original works,and even more detrimental to the development of creative dance,choreography is not conducive to the improvement of capacity,a new work situation is not conducive to the improvement of dance.But you can see people dancing copyright protection for the increasing attention.Chinese copyright law gives the definition of dance,but to uproot the phenomenon,simply by the law is not enough.The essence of dance innovation.Therefore,the value of dance works also reflected in innovation.Creation of the current field of dance similar phenomenon occurred when,violations,in addition to a single creative way of thinking,the success of the work of others Imitation and copying is the main reason.Faced with these phenomena and events,we should strengthen the legal concept of copyright in sound system dance at the same time,but also to promote innovation.
