外文摘要：At the conference of Silk Road on the sea many scholars believed that 'barricade' in the rinan barricade extracted from Hanshu·Geography referred to a military barricade or block. And therefore they inferred that Silk Road on the Sea of Han dynasty ,the time when Xuwen harbour opened up was at the time during HanWuDi 6 AD-YuanDing or 111 AD.the writer ,However,is confirmed by piesenting many examples that 'barricade' is just an ordinary verb,meaning blocking and that the open-up time of the harbor is not that of YuanDing, 6AD. but afterwards,or before Hanyuandi, that is between 110 bc and 1 bc .
